Tilda: Hello, this is Tilda. I have spent this weekend in Helsinki, and I have to say that it was an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to sit down and speak with Alexei Krasnozhon, as well as Carreira/Ponomarenko. I also got to ask a couple of questions to Emmi Peltonen right after her stunning short program.

Nina: Paul needs to keep his moustache shaved.

Kat: Oh god, yeah.

Kite: He kept it out for the Rhythm Dance and shaved it for the Free Dance, I didn’t even recognise him when he came out for Free Dance practice. I was like “Oh my god, that’s Paul.” He looked like 15 years younger than he did 24 hours ago, just because he shaved his moustache.

Kat: Please do not do that, Paul, if you’re listening. Please just get rid of the moustache.

Nina: Paul, more flower crowns, fewer moustaches.

Recap: JGP Armenian Cup 2018

The Junior Grand Prix made its final stop in Yerevan, Armenia this past weekend where 21 men, 27 ladies, and 15 Ice Dance teams fought it out for those last few available spots for the Junior Grand Prix Final in December. The ISU livestreamed the entirety of the competition and uploaded select skaters’ videos to YouTube; additionally, the ITL YouTube channel now features playlists of the medalists’ and special shoutouts’ performances, which can be found here.
